Prepares or reviews contracting applications and other forms for completeness and accuracy, in accordance with insurance company requirements.
E-Mails applications, documents, and other requirements to carriers as needed.
Notifies agents of acceptance or rejection.
Maintains files of correspondence, records, and reports.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises outside team to make sure contracts are being processed accurately, submitted promptly and agent writing numbers are received in a timely manner Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
