Social Worker Job
Summary:
Responsible for performing telephonic case management within the scope of licensure for members with behavioral health and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder needs.
Uses appropriate screening criteria, knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
Conducts assessments to identify individual needs and develops care plan to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment.
Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of care plan and modifies plan as needed.
Supports member access to appropriate quality and cost effective care.
Coordinates with internal and external resources to meet identified needs of the members and collaborates with providers.
Social Worker Background:
One of the following licenses in is required for this position:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Prefer 3
years of acute care clinical social work experience; including telephonic coaching with members with a broad range of complex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders.
Strong working knowledge of care planning/case management procedures, and familiarity with area mental health and substance abuse community resources.
Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office) and typing skills are necessary.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
