This position offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Provide accurate and clear directions to various destinations.
Receive and dispatch orders efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data.
Maintain a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Thrive in fast-paced and occasionally stressful situations, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure.
Develop and maintain productive trust relationships with customers.
Sales experience is preferred, although not mandatory.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
