Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Duties - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently is a plus (multilingual or bilingual).
- Proficient in English language.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
