meet up with new and potential clients to conduct intakes (questionnaire forms and contracts) assist with phone call routing and walk-ins at the RGC location set up initial case files assist with the initial investigation and field investigation filing claims, drafting LOR's, Spoliation Letters, and other notice letters assist with property damage claims will be provided with 1 to 2 week training on in-house procedures so experience with PI is preferred May be asked to attend marketing and community outreach events and drive company vehicle on occasions will be required to rotate on-call duties The salary will be flexible based on experience.

Additional compensation for after-hour work.
Requirements:
Level of education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, degree in criminal justice or Paralegal certification preferred Valid TX DL Fluent in English and Spanish Computer Literacy:
Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Excellent writing skills and letter drafting will be necessary Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
