Work from home when not seeing clientsFlexible Work ScheduleOpportunity for advancementGreat work-life balanceOpportunity to work with multiple populations including adults and youth Responsibilities Conducts ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients servedCommunicates between supervisors, direct care staff members, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding an individual's progressProvides a tentative schedule to supervisors of appointments, home visits, and observations for to monitor work advancementCoordinates home visits to meet the requirements of in-home observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysisEnsures implementation of the program plan is effective and properly carried outParticipates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as requiredCompletes monthly and quarterly progress notes Organizes trainings to certify staff and other team members are competent on the implementation of the program plan and/or documentation sheetsProvides follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support of an individual's needsMaintains records to guarantee information is readily available to interested partiesActs as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goalsAssists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals Qualifications Experience with behavioral intervention, and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning and developmental psychologyTwo or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges About our Line of Business SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care offers a holistic approach and integrates care for people with cognitive, developmental or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resourcesThe behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists at SpringHealth combine their expertise to deliver the high-quality behavioral services for clients to live more positive, active, and social livesFor more information, please visit Follow us onFacebookandLinkedInAdditional Job Information MUST HAVE LPA, LPC, LCSW, BCBA Any amount of experience with IDD clients in ICF and Waiver programs is a plus, as this is 95% of our client populationThose with counseling experience will have an opportunity to provide therapy servicesSalary Range USD $35.00 - $40.00 / Hour Need help finding the right job?
