Responsibilities Meet and/or exceed quotas by Coordinating Events and Cross-Selling products Ability to network and develop leads Coordinate events and deliver presentations on company products with the intent of Cross-Selling Solicit referrals from clients Maintain ongoing relationships with customers well beyond enrollment Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Track all sales and retention activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly Maintain a high level of knowledge about new products and services as they come in Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them Qualifications Proven ability to exceed sales quotas by Coordinating Events and Cross-Selling products Proven ability to with carry out Corrective Action Procedures Fluent in both Spanish and English Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Job Type:
