Position Summary
Our client is a global call center service provider that provides end-to-end, multi-channel customer solutions to some of the top companies in the United States and internationally. Customer Service Representatives provide service and support to our client's customers. There are multiple teams that assist in areas such as billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, product sales. We need problem solvers like you who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service and quality goals. As a military veteran, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills with every contact to provide world-class customer service. No experience is required.

Basic computer skills are a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
